DJ rescue dog is an artist and queer thinker based from Boorloo, Whadjuk Noongar boodja. They are of the Burmese diaspora and of Shan-Hakka descent. DJ rescue dog enjoys combing the obscure fibres of the world wide web for mash ups and remixes of party anthems and nostalgic tunes. They love to utilise the power of music to bring people together for a feel good time in their bodies and minds. This DJ has a big romantic heart for dazzling hyper-pop sounds, sentimental lyrics and poetry. They hope to contribute to music community spaces that hold reverance for divine feminine queer energies, migrant histories and neurodiverse self-care.
